Job description:
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, co-ordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Oversee taxes and abide by federal regulations.
Maintain Sales-Purchase, GST - TDS – TAX Return/Filing.
Provide administrative support for running day to day office activities, maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
